Cost

• Free standard shipping on orders with 2 or more pairs.
• $4.95 for an order with a single pair (or add-ons only).
• We ship to US addresses, including APO/FPO where the carrier allows. We don't ship outside the US yet.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 8 to 15 business days: 1 to 3 business days to pack, then 7 to 12 business days in transit.

Right now your order ships directly from our manufacturer's warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a store down the road. We're moving stock to a US warehouse, and delivery times will drop when it's in place. We'll update this page the same day.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't heard from us within 4 business days, email contact@zippersocks.com.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If a package is lost before it's delivered, we reship it or refund you. If it arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll replace it.

Optional package protection ($2.95): If your package is stolen after delivery, or arrives damaged, we reship it free. No claim forms. You choose it in the cart; it is never added automatically.

Address changes

Need to change the address? Email us before the order ships and we'll update it.
