Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you use zippersocks.com or buy from us. The seller is First Man Ventures LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown before any applicable sales tax. Your order is accepted when we take payment and send a confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, we'll tell you and offer a refund or a corrected order before shipping. Bundle prices apply to the number of pairs shown in the bundle.

Welcome codes are single use, one per customer, apply to your first order and can't be combined with other codes or exchanged for cash.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you pay by card, Stripe may save the card so we can offer a one-click add-on right after checkout; it is only charged again if you click to accept that offer. You can ask us to remove a saved card at any time.

Shipping and risk

We ship to US addresses only. Delivery times on our shipping page are estimates. We're responsible for your order until it's delivered.

Returns and guarantee

Our 90-day money-back guarantee and return process are on the returns page and form part of these terms. They are in addition to your rights under consumer law.

Health information

Our products are compression socks, not a treatment for any condition. Information on this site is general and isn't medical advice. Compression socks are not right for everyone. If you have peripheral arterial disease, poor circulation in the legs, heart failure, skin infections or open wounds, or reduced feeling in your feet, talk to your doctor before wearing them.

Reviews and content you send us

If you send a review or photo, you confirm it's your honest experience and that you own it, and you allow us to show it on our site with your first name and last initial. We publish reviews from verified orders only and never edit what you said, other than removing personal details.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content or photos for commercial use without permission. Text, design and photos are ours or licensed to us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, contact us first and we'll try to fix it quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the state where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to that order.
